Is this a subscription?

No. It is a one-time payment for a single tailored CV download. No recurring charge, no auto-renewal, no card surprises.

Do I need to create an account?

No. You enter your email at checkout (so we can send you the files) and that's it. No password, no sign-in screen.

What if I want to apply for a different role later?

Run the optimisation flow again with the new role and pay once for that tailored version. There's no subscription to manage.

How do I get my CV after paying?

Two ways. (1) The browser auto-downloads the PDF and Word file on the success page. (2) Your files — including a combined CV + ATS report PDF — arrive in your email along with the payment receipt.

Is VAT included?

No VAT is currently charged because CVMindAI is not VAT registered. The checkout price is shown in GBP and no VAT invoice is issued.

Is my CV data private?

Yes. We keep your email and payment record for receipts and support, but sensitive CV content is cleared from our systems after your PDF and Word files have been delivered.

What if the CV doesn't help my application?

Write to us within 7 days and we'll refund the one-time payment in full. We may ask for the checkout email or receipt so we can find the purchase.
